Listening to New Ideas Leads to Opportunity

Do you know people who don't listen? They always say, "yeah, but..." Back in 1986 I learned from a very savvy sales trainer that you "can learn more by listening than talking." I've never forgotten it.

Even if the other person is blowing hot air and ranting and raving, you still can learn something. If nothing else, keeping your mouth shut gives you time to formulate a gameplan!

Try listening more than you speak. It will open up a new world of ideas and you'll learn more!
